The EOL Story
EOL has been providing online product training to distribution sales reps since the year 2000. Distributor sales reps from companies like Cardinal, McKesson, PSS, Henry Schein Medical, as well as independent reps from IMCO and NDC have been learning and earning with EOL for more than five years.

EOL offers three key training platforms. These are custom programs that include distribution sales rep training, comprehensive internal training for manufacturers, and in-service training programs for your customers.

  • The Distributor sales rep training modules incorporate both product and sales training. We show reps who to target, product features/benefits, and how to sell the products using the CLEAR questioning method.
  • The Comprehensive internal manufacturer-training program is designed for new hires and veterans alike. Developing a standardized format for training both new hires as well as experienced salespeople reduces training costs and provides standardized and consistent results for your entire sales team.
  • The In-service training modules are designed for clinicians, in an effort to cut down on the high cost of repeat in-services for products that require detailed instruction.

Our programs follow a standardized format incorporating audio, video, and are completely customized to meet the needs of our customers to give it their own look and feel. All of our programs are password protected, accessible 24 hours a day, and provide valuable tracking information about which reps from which companies trained on which products.
