Q: Why do I need Flash?
A: Your computer's Web browser must have Flash 4.0 or higher installed to view Online Product Training. Flash enables your browser to play highly interactive, media rich content. You can check your Flash Player installation here.

• EOL only supports Internet Explorer
• If you are experiencing difficulty, hold down the control or shift key at the same while you open a module. This will allow you to view the module without disabling your pop-up blocker.
• Screen size is a personal choice, however EOL recommends 800 x 600 as an ideal screen resolution.
